Preparing & Developing Kids

Early Intervention services are available free of charge for children qualifying under the BabyNet program. Anyone can make a referral for services with parent permission. All referrals are submitted through the BabyNet web referral form at: https://babynet.scdhhs.gov/prebabynet/splashpage.aspx. If your child is over the age of 3 years, please call DDSN Eligibility at 1-800-289-7012 or visit their website at: https://ddsn.sc.gov/about-us/divisions/children-and-family-services/childrens-services.
